William F. Handrich William is the founder and president of the agency, which began in 1992 and now represents the most competative companies available. He is active in the agency's daily operations and resides in Northern Tuscarawas County, with his wife, Marsha. Natalie Kochte Natalie Kochte joined Handrich Insurance in 2002 as the Operations Manager. She handles all aspects of the P&C and has had her license for 17 years. She resides in Tuscarawas County with her two daughters, Alexandria and Samantha. Handrich@tusco.net Heather Mahaffey Heather joined Handrich Insurance in June of 2007.  She is a recent Kent State graduate of Applied Business Management.  She currently resides in New Philadelphia with her husband and two little ones.
